We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor who can take ownership of the complete video production process — from shooting and selecting footage to editing, enhancing, reviewing and delivering publish-ready content.

This is not a role for someone who only wants to execute editing instructions.

We’re looking for someone who can think creatively, understand short-form content, make strong editing decisions and independently take a video from raw footage to final delivery.

What You’ll Be Responsible For? Shooting

- Plan and capture usable footage
- Handle framing, composition and basic lighting
- Record clean audio
- Capture multiple angles/shots when required
- Understand what footage is needed for the final edit

✂️ Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
- Create solid hooks and engaging pacing
- Add captions, motion graphics, music and SFX
- Handle color correction/grading
- Improve storytelling and retention
- Deliver platform-ready content

? Creative Ownership

We expect you to bring ideas, not just follow instructions.

You should be able to:

- Find relevant creative references
- Suggest stronger hooks
- Improve pacing and storytelling
- Recommend visual treatments
- Choose appropriate music/SFX
- Identify opportunities for motion graphics
- Adapt content for different platforms and audiences

?️ Tools You Should Be Comfortable With
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator

You should be able to independently use the relevant tools to create professional-quality output.



? What Success Looks LikeThe role involves producing approximately 50 high-quality reels per month while maintaining creative and technical standards.
