JPrime Buildcon LLP is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sourcing Head to lead Channel Partner sourcing and walk-in generation across Navi Mumbai and surrounding micro-markets.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong CP/ICP network, excellent relationship-management skills, and proven leadership experience in real estate sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and strengthen relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) and Individual Channel Partners (ICPs).
- Conduct regular CP office visits, project presentations, broker meets, and partner-engagement activities.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new CPs/ICPs to expand the sourcing network.
- Drive monthly and quarterly walk-in, site-visit, and booking targets.
- Lead and mentor Sourcing Managers and field sourcing executives.
- Track CP-wise walk-ins, bookings, conversions, and partner performance through MIS reports.
- Negotiate brokerage and commercial terms as per company policy.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for launches, campaigns, and CP activation.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify current sourcing opportunities.




- Resolve CP/ICP queries and ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in real estate channel sales, sourcing, or CP/broker relationship management.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a sourcing or channel partner team.
- Strong CP and broker network in Navi Mumbai and nearby micro-markets preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, team-management, CRM, and MIS reporting skills.
- Willing to travel extensively for CP meetings and field visits.
