Role Description The Senior Field Sales Executive (Mumbai) will be responsible for driving sales of tour and travel services by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with travel agents and corporate clients, and promoting Travel DMC Group’s offerings. Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings and field visits, presenting travel products and packages, negotiating rates and contracts, and following up on leads to convert them into confirmed bookings. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, coordinating with internal operations and customer service teams,



and providing market feedback to support product development and pricing strategies.

This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Ahmedabad, with a combination of on-site client interactions and some work-from-home flexibility, including travel to Mumbai and nearby markets as required.

Qualifications

- Strong field sales and business development skills, with experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality sectors.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals in competitive markets.
- Good knowledge of tour packages, DMC services, and international destinations such as Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Thailand.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic reporting for sales tracking and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and local languages; strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in travel trade is highly valued.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions (including Mumbai) and adapt to a hybrid work environment based in Ahmedabad.
