Vankayala Nagaraja Chetty Grandson India Private Limited (VNCGIPL) is looking for a capable Marketing & Brand Development professional to build and manage the Group's marketing, brand presence and digital growth initiatives.

This is a foundational role supporting Group branding, digital marketing, social media, content, websites, lead generation, campaigns, communications and marketing systems across VNCGIPL, its subsidiaries and future ventures.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for VNCGIPL and its businesses.
- Build and maintain professional brand identity and positioning.
- Manage social media platforms and digital presence.
- Plan and create marketing campaigns, content and promotional activities.
- Manage website content, SEO and digital visibility.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Develop content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate photography, video, creative design and other marketing requirements.
- Manage marketing agencies, freelancers, designers and other external partners.
- Track campaign performance, leads, engagement, conversion and marketing ROI.
- Conduct market, competitor and customer research.
- Develop marketing calendars, campaigns, SOPs and reporting systems.
- Support launches of new businesses, services, products and brands.
- Ensure consistent branding and communication across VNCGIPL and subsidiaries.
- Work closely with the Founder, management, sales, HR, IT and other functional teams.

What We're Looking For

- Relevant experience in Marketing,



Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing or Communications.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Experience with content strategy, campaigns and lead generation.
- Good understanding of SEO, websites, analytics and performance marketing.
- Strong communication, creative and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects.
- Experience working with agencies and external creative partners.
- Strong ownership, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to build marketing systems and processes from the ground up.
- Comfortable working directly with the Founder and management.
