Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a wedding planner located in Bengaluru.

The Wedding

Planner will be responsible for planning and organizing all aspects of wedding events, managing budgets, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Tasks include coordinating with vendors, developing timelines, overseeing event setup and execution,



and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning
- FLUENCY IN KANNADA LANGUAGE IS A MUST
- Experience in Budgeting and cost management
- Outstanding Customer Service and client communication skills
- Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Familiarity with local vendors and venues in Bengaluru is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in wedding or event planning is highly desirable
