About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join Deloitte’s Digital Excellence Centre (DEC) as an Executive or Senior Executive. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge digital products and platforms that enhance customer experience through innovative design thinking and advanced technology. As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with subject matter experts, UI/UX designers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Your role will involve translating design wireframes into responsive, accessible, and high-performance front-end applications, ensuring seamless cross-platform functionality. This position provides an excellent platform for growth, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact in the digital transformation space.





Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2-4 years of experience working with React.js and related frameworks. A strong understanding of ReactJS workflows such as Redux or Flux is essential, along with proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and SASS/SCSS. Candidates should have a deep knowledge of HTML DOM manipulation, CSS styling, and RESTful API integration.

Experience with version control tools like GIT and CI/CD pipelines is required. Familiarity with backend technologies such as MySQL, Node.js, and API architecture is highly desirable. Additionally, hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure and DevOps practices will be considered advantageous. A graduation degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, providing a solid foundation for technical excellence in this role.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain reusable front-end components and libraries to streamline future development efforts.
- Translate detailed design wireframes into high-quality, responsive code that functions seamlessly across devices and browsers.
- Ensure all front-end solutions adhere to industry best practices for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement innovative user experiences, testing and refining solutions as needed.
- Optimize application performance by resolving design glitches and implementing scalable, maintainable code structures.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes to ensure quality and consistency.




- Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and incorporate them into projects to enhance functionality and user engagement.
