Role Description The Wellness Sales Apprenticeship is a full-time remote role designed for individuals interested in building a career in wellness-focused sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging potential customers via phone, email, and online channels, understanding their wellness goals, and recommending suitable steam, sauna, and jacuzzi solutions. The apprentice will support senior sales staff with lead follow-up, appointment setting, and maintaining accurate customer records in CRM tools.

The role also involves learning Relaxora’s product range, staying informed about wellness trends, and contributing to a positive, consultative customer experience. Under guidance,



the apprentice will progressively take ownership of the sales cycle from initial inquiry through post-sale support.

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust and deliver a high-quality client experience.
- Candidates should possess Health & Wellness knowledge and understanding of Exercise Physiology to discuss product advantages and wellness outcomes confidently.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact effectively across phone, email, and digital channels.
- Candidates should possess basic sales aptitude, including comfort with remote work tools, CRM or database systems, and a willingness to learn consultative selling techniques.
- Candidates should possess a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting targets, and an interest in long-term growth within the wellness and luxury home products sector.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, or wellness-oriented customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required; relevant training or education in health, wellness, or business is an advantage.
