Role Description The GeM Portal Executive role at Perform Digital is a full-time, on-site position based in Prayagraj. The GeM Portal Executive will be responsible for managing and updating product and service listings on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions. Daily tasks include monitoring tenders and bids, preparing and uploading documentation, coordinating with internal teams for pricing and specifications, and tracking order status and invoices.

The role also involves maintaining records, generating basic reports, responding to queries related to GeM processes, and supporting the smooth execution of government procurement activities in line with company policies.

Qualifications

- Experience working on the GeM portal or similar government procurement platforms, including listing management and bid participation.
- Strong attention to detail with proficiency in data entry, documentation preparation, and basic record-keeping.
- Comfort with using web-based tools, MS Office (Excel, Word), and email for daily communication and reporting.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and follow structured processes and timelines.
- Understanding of basic procurement, tendering,



or sales operations; prior exposure to public sector or B2G workflows is an advantage.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline; specialization in business, commerce, or related fields is preferred.
- Demonstrated reliability, ethical conduct, and willingness to learn and adapt to evolving GeM and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of AI, technology, or digital products is a plus, along with the ability to work on-site in Prayagraj on a full time basis

? What We’re Looking For:✅ Strong practical knowledge of the GeM Portal

✅ End-to-end knowledge of GeM operations

✅ Experience in Service Sector / Service Bidding preferred

✅ Knowledge of Bid/Tender participation & submission

✅ GeM Seller Registration & Profile Management

✅ Service/Product Listing & Catalogue Management

✅ Understanding of EMD, Performance Security, documentation & compliance

✅ Ability to track bids, deadlines, orders and related processes

✅ Previous experience handling GeM independently will be a major advantage

? Job Location:Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh

? Work Mode: Work From Office

? Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹12,000/month
