Role Description The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lucknow, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as reporting and coordination. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials, components, and finished goods related to construction projects, industrial chemicals, solar products, and FRP manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include managing inventory levels, implementing stock control procedures, coordinating logistics with suppliers and project sites,



and ensuring safe material handling and compliance with company policies.

The Warehouse

Manager will supervise warehouse staff, schedule and monitor work activities, optimize space utilization, and maintain accurate documentation in inventory and ERP systems. The role also involves regular communication with procurement, project, and finance teams to support timely project execution and efficient supply chain management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to manage material movement and stock accuracy.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Operations Management skills to optimize warehouse processes and resource utilization.
- Candidates should possess Forklift Operation and secure material handling skills, with knowledge of warehouse safety standards.
- Relevant experience in warehouse or supply chain management, preferably in construction, industrial chemicals, solar, or manufacturing sectors.
- Ability to use inventory software/ERP systems, MS Excel, and basic reporting tools for data tracking and analysis.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and compliance requirements.
- Effective team leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments and external partners.
- Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in warehouse or safety management are a plus.
