Role Description This is a full-time, in office Warehouse Manager role based in New Delhi.

The Warehouse

Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, optimizing stock placement, monitoring stock movements, and coordinating with transport and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. The role involves leading and supervising warehouse staff, planning shifts,



and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors.

The Warehouse

Manager will also maintain warehouse equipment, ensure proper use of material handling tools, and prepare regular reports on inventory, space utilization, and operational performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate records and minimize discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills, including monitoring stock levels, planning replenishments, and managing storage space effectively.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee workflows, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement process improvements.
- Candidates should possess practical Forklift Operation skills or experience with material handling equipment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably within transportation or 3PL operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities, with a focus on safety and performance.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic MS Office tools for reporting and analysis.
- Educational background in logistics, supply chain management, operations, or a related field is preferred.
