- Contact potential and existing customers via phone to inform them about life insurance products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
- Explain policy features, terms, premium structures, and benefits clearly.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM systems.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
Key Requirements
Qualification: Minimum graduation is mandatory
Experience: Min 2 yrs in telesales experience in the BFSI industry
CTC: Upto 5.5LPA
