About the Role
We are looking for Support Engineers to manage customer deployments, troubleshoot application issues, and provide technical support for Kloudspot solutions deployed across enterprise and airport environments.
The role involves monitoring production environments, troubleshooting application issues, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
L1 Support Responsibilities
Monitor application health and system alerts.
Perform initial troubleshooting and issue analysis.
Validate application availability and services.
Check logs and collect required information.
Create and manage incident tickets.




Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for advanced troubleshooting.
L2 Support Responsibilities
Perform application-level troubleshooting.
Analyze logs and identify root causes.
Troubleshoot API, integration, and configuration issues.
Handle customer escalations.
Perform application configuration changes.
Support deployments and upgrades.
Work with QA and engineering teams for issue resolution.
L3 Support Responsibilities
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Analyze application logs, databases, and backend services.
Debug complex production issues.
Work closely with engineering teams for product fixes.
Support architecture-level troubleshooting.
Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 teams.
Required Skills
Experience supporting enterprise applications.
Valuable understanding of Linux environments.
Knowledge of application logs and troubleshooting.
Understanding of REST APIs and integrations.
Basic database knowledge
