Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will assume a leadership role in shaping and delivering transformative change initiatives for our clients. Leveraging your extensive experience, strategic thinking, and change management expertise, you will lead project teams, collaborate with stakeholders,



and drive the successful implementation of change strategies. Your role will involve mentoring consultants, contributing to thought leadership, and advancing cutting-edge approaches to change management.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Change Leadership
Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
Provide strategic guidance to clients and project teams on navigating complex organizational transformations and managing stakeholder expectations.
Lead development and maintenance of stakeholder engagement and management activities, including introducing frameworks to key leaders and executing engagement plans through each project phase.
Project Management and Team Leadership
Lead and manage project teams, overseeing the execution of change initiatives, timelines, and deliverables.
