We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help grow two technology businesses:
VirtualStation – an AI-powered virtual workspace that helps teams collaborate while AI handles everyday coordination, progress updates, meetings, and visibility.
WebKalakaar Software Pvt. Ltd. – a software development and IT services company working with businesses to build web, mobile, and custom software solutions.
This is not just a lead-generation role. You will work directly with the founders and take ownership of the business development process, from researching the market and identifying potential customers to outreach, discovery calls, proposals, follow-ups, and closing opportunities.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, curious, comfortable talking to clients, and interested in taking ownership rather than simply following a predefined sales process.

What You'll Do
• Research target markets, industries, and potential customers for our SaaS product and IT services.
• Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, networking, and other channels.




• Find and evaluate the right tools and strategies for lead generation and outbound sales.
• Understand prospects' business problems and recommend suitable SaaS or software development solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, product demos, and sales presentations.
• Write personalized outreach messages, proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales material.
• Follow up with prospects and take ownership of opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain CRM records and track conversations, follow-ups, opportunities, and outcomes.
• Work closely with the founders, product, design, and development teams.
• Support customer onboarding and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Experiment with current sales channels and continuously improve our business development process.

What We're Looking For
• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sale
