Role Description This is a full-time, in office Facade Draftsman role based in Thane. The Facade Draftsman will prepare detailed facade drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications and building codes. The role involves coordinating with design engineers, project managers, and site teams to clarify technical details and resolve design issues.



Daily responsibilities include updating drawing revisions, maintaining documentation, supporting quantity take-offs, and assisting in the development of standard details for structural glazing, ACP cladding, glass railing, and related systems. The Facade Draftsman will also help ensure that designs meet safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong technical drafting skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software and the ability to produce detailed facade drawings and shop drawings.
Candidates should possess a solid understanding of facade systems such as structural glazing, ACP cladding, glass railings, and glass canopies, along with basic knowledge of building codes and construction practices.
