We’re looking for an AI-native marketer to build and scale our modern marketing and growth engine.

This is not just a social media role.

You will use AI to help us identify opportunities, create campaigns faster, automate patient communication, improve conversion, and build stronger relationships with patients throughout their care journey.

What you will own:

* Build AI-enabled workflows for content creation, campaign execution, lead nurturing, and reporting
* Create patient communication journeys across WhatsApp, email, SMS, social media, and calls
* Turn healthcare services, seasonal needs, patient questions, and operational data into relevant campaigns
* Develop reels, advertisements, landing-page copy, WhatsApp messages, and educational content using AI tools




* Work with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure every communication is accurate, useful, and trustworthy
* Improve the complete funnel from campaign and enquiry to booking, service completion, follow-up, and repeat care
* Create automated workflows for abandoned enquiries, reminders, follow-ups, reviews, referrals, and reactivation
* Run rapid experiments across audiences, offers, creatives, and channels
* Track cost per lead, booking conversion, campaign revenue, repeat usage, and patient engagement
* Build a reusable library of prompts, templates, brand assets, and communication playbooks

You may be a strong fit if:

* You actively use AI for marketing, research, content, design, automation, or analytics
* You understand digital marketing fundamentals and can connect creative work to measurable business outcomes
* You can write transparent and engaging English, Hindi, and Hinglish communication
* You are comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canv
