What will you do?
Manage end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles and departments.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, team structures, and role expectations.
Leverage professional networks, job portals, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels to identify and attract potential candidates.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of active and passive candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates on experience, communication,



culture fit, and overall alignment with the role.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders while ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
Coordinate and assist with offer rollouts, salary discussions, and hiring documentation.
Work closely on improving recruitment processes, hiring strategies, and employer branding initiatives.
Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes within the organization.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, employee documentation, and maintaining HR records.
Coordinate with employees on HR policies, operational processes, and internal communication.
Support employee engagement initiatives and help maintain a positive and collaborative work culture.
