About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Azure Data Platform Engineer to design, build, optimize, and manage scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud data platforms.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our organization's data-driven journey by building robust data solutions, improving platform performance, enabling analytics, and collaborating closely with Data Science, Data Analytics, Business, and DevOps teams.

The ideal candidate brings robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Apache Spark, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, and DevOps, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable Azure-based data platforms integrating multiple data sources and business systems.
Build, automate, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines using Azure Data Factory,



Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse.
Improve pipeline performance, with a target of achieving at least 20% reduction in execution time.
Manage Azure data infrastructure with a focus on high availability, disaster recovery, reliability, and cost optimization.
Optimize data storage, processing, and retrieval for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Work with Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL Database, Databricks, Synapse, and related Azure services.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Business Stakeholders, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
Implement data governance, data quality, security, access controls, encryption, observability, and compliance practices.
Monitor and troubleshoot data platform performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
