Role Description The Dua Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajmer. This role focuses on offering structured, faith-informed supplication (dua) support and guidance to individuals seeking spiritual comfort and direction. Daily responsibilities may include meeting with clients, listening to their concerns, offering tailored duas, maintaining records of sessions, and following up to ensure ongoing support. The Dua Specialist may also assist with organizing small gatherings or sessions, collaborating with colleagues to improve service quality,



and ensuring that all interactions remain respectful, confidential, and aligned with organizational values.
Qualifications
Ability to demonstrate strong spiritual knowledge related to duas, with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and respectful practice.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear verbal expression.
Solid organizational abilities, such as maintaining accurate records, managing schedules, and handling multiple client interactions.
Capacity to work consistently on-site in Ajmer, manage time effectively, and coordinate with team members.
High level of integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality when handling personal and spiritual matters.
Relevant experience in community service, counseling, religious guidance, or similar support roles is beneficial.
