About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Engineer to join our agile team as an L2 Support Engineer. This role involves a balanced mix of support and development tasks, with approximately 70% dedicated to maintaining and troubleshooting existing systems and 30% focused on implementing enhancements and new features.



The primary responsibility will be supporting integrations with Oracle Retail Cloud MFCS, ensuring seamless operation and resolving production issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a robust development background complemented by hands-on experience in production support, capable of diagnosing complex issues across multiple services and collaborating with senior engineers for escalation and resolution. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to both operational stability and system improvements in a cloud-based retail ecosystem.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of professional experience in Java backend development and production support roles.
Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of relational database
