About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager to lead our organic growth strategy across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms.
The role will focus on SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), helping increase our organic traffic, search visibility, leads, and brand presence across Google and AI search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-intent analysis.
Build topical authority through content clusters, pillar pages, and high-quality educational content.
Optimise websites, landing pages, blogs, and educational resources for search.
Improve technical SEO, website architecture, internal linking, indexing, and site performance.
Optimise content for featured snippets, Google AI Overviews, and answer engines.
Develop strategies to improve visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity,



and other AI search platforms.
Work with content writers to create SEO-focused content and content briefs.
Build high-quality backlinks, digital PR opportunities, and authoritative brand mentions.
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, backlinks, and AI search visibility.
Identify current opportunities based on search trends, competitor activity, and changes in search algorithms.
Work closely with product, technology, and marketing teams to drive organic growth.

Requirements
3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
Experience with keyword research, content strategy, and link building.
Understanding of AEO, AI search, and GEO.
Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
