About the role:

The Director, HXM Technology & Enterprise HR Platforms will be the strategic technology leader responsible for the end-to-end management, governance, implementation, and continuous optimization of our global HR technology ecosystem.

Based in the Global Capability Center in Bangalore, this role will lead a team of 35+ professionals driving standardization, operational efficiency,



system security, and technology enablement across all global entities. The Director will serve as the principal owner for SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, 360Learning, Employee Central Payroll (ECP) platforms, ensuring high system reliability, business alignment, and a modern digital experience for all global employees.

Responsibilities

Strategic Roadmap & HXM Platform Ownership

System Ownership: Act as the primary technology authority and business owner for core HXM systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors (including Onboarding, Employee Profile, Performance & Goals, Talent Management, Integration to 3rd Party systems, and Employee Central Payroll), SmartRecruiters, 360Learning, and Integrations to 35+ odd various in-house and 3rd party systems.
