About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented AI – Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, performance marketing, SEM, and digital campaign management, along with the ability to use AI tools to improve marketing performance. The role will focus on generating quality leads, optimizing campaigns, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize SEM and paid marketing campaigns to achieve better lead generation and campaign performance.
Use AI tools and automation to improve lead research, qualification, follow-up, and marketing efficiency.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and optimize keywords, ad copies, targeting, budgets, and landing pages.
Manage and track leads using CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Prepare campaign reports and provide regular updates on lead quality, campaign performance, and key metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead conversion and overall marketing effectiveness.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
4–6 years of overall relevant experience in Lead Generation, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Lead Generation and
