Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ayurvedic Physician based in the Mohali district. We are looking to build a team of doctors who are willing to dive into research on specific topics related to multiple ailments.
Qualifications
Recognized degree in Ayurveda (e.g., BAMS or equivalent), with valid registration/license to practice as an Ayurvedic Physician.




Strong knowledge of classical Ayurvedic texts, diagnostic methods (Nadi Pariksha, Prakriti assessment, etc.), and evidence-informed clinical practice.
Ability to document clinical encounters clearly and accurately, and to interpret medical records and health data.
Comfort working with digital health tools, electronic health records, and AI-driven platforms; basic computer literacy is essential.
Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with a patient-centred, empathetic approach.
Cooperative mindset, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, and openness to innovation in integrative and digital healthcare.
Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or digital health startup is an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in Mohali district and comply with organisational protocols and ethical standards.
