Job Post- IT (SOFTWARE) SUPPORT ENGINEER
The IT Engineer – Software & Applications will be responsible for managing, maintaining,



and supporting the organization’s software applications, IT systems, business applications, and end-user technical requirements. The role will ensure the smooth functioning of software and systems, timely resolution of technical issues, effective vendor coordination, data security, and continuous improvement of IT processes.
The position will work closely with HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, and other departments to understand business requirements and provide effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities1. Software & Application Management
Manage, maintain, and monitor company software applications and business systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot software-related issues.
Coordinate with software vendors for implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
Monitor application performance and ensure uninterrupted system availability.
Evaluate software requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
