Role Description The Regional Sales Head is a full-time role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves leading regional sales operations, setting and achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts,



building strong relationships with partners and clients, and monitoring market trends to identify new business opportunities. The Regional Sales Head will oversee and mentor a sales team, allocate resources, review performance metrics, and ensure consistent adherence to company policies and customer service standards. The role also requires close collaboration with senior leadership to provide sales forecasts, reports, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
