About the Role
PrudentBit is scaling its cybersecurity go-to-market in India. We are hiring a Business Development Manager to own pipeline generation and drive net-recent enterprise revenue across our services and products, and help us drive our growth agenda for next 3 years. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the founders, for someone who can open doors with security decision-makers and convert conversations into qualified enterprise opportunities.
What You'll Do
Build and manage a B2B sales pipeline from prospecting through qualified handoff, targeting enterprise accounts
Generate outbound opportunities via outreach, referrals, events, and partner channels
Engage CISOs, IT Managers, and security leaders as primary buyer personas
Run discovery calls, map buying committees, and qualify against defined ICP criteria
Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts in CRM
Work directly with the founders on deal strategy and proposal development
Represent PrudentBit at industry events, webinars, and security forums for creating opportunities through networking




What You Bring
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of building pipeline from scratch
Prior experience selling in the cybersecurity domain (products, services, or MSSP)
Established network with CISOs and IT Managers across Indian enterprises
Comfort selling technical/security offerings to enterprise buying committees
Strong outbound prospecting discipline: cold outreach, LinkedIn, referral generation
CRM proficiency and pipeline hygiene habits
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Existing relationships with CISO and IT Managers/Cybersecurity leaders
Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST) enough to speak the buyer's language
Experience selling into regulated industries (BFSI, healthcare, IT/ITES)
