Job Description
We are looking for a result-oriented Academic Counselor / Sales Executive to join our admissions and business development team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with healthcare professionals, understanding their educational and career requirements, counseling them about relevant programs, and converting qualified leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up with leads interested in DMHCA medical education programs.
Connect with doctors and healthcare professionals through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand the candidate's qualification, specialization, career goals, and course requirements.
Provide accurate information about PG Diploma, Fellowships, Certificate Programs, fees, eligibility, training, and admission process.




Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up consistently with interested candidates and maintain the sales pipeline.
Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
Maintain all lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
Coordinate with academic and admission teams for documentation and enrollment.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Build professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Candidates with a background or experience in Healthcare, Medical Education, Academic Counseling, or Education Sales will be preferred.
1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, inside sales, education sales, healthcare sales, or B2C sales preferred.
