About the Role
PCARDS Business Network Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Executive – Telecalling to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities through outbound calls, lead generation, customer engagement, follow-ups, and relationship building. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a positive, sales-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business leads.
Identify and qualify potential prospects based on their requirements.
Explain the company’s products/services clearly and professionally.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Schedule meetings,



product demonstrations, and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and business development team to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify new prospects and business opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and pipeline status.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely responses.
Stay updated on company offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
