Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will lead regional sales operations for Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles, including planning and executing sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets. Responsibilities include managing dealer relationships,



monitoring showroom performance, driving channel expansion, and ensuring high standards of customer experience. The person in this role will analyze market trends and competitor activities, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to support local campaigns and launches. The Sales Manager will also coach and develop the sales team, implement sales processes and policies, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Qualifications
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage regional sales operations, and achieve defined sales targets.
Experience in dealer/channel management, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship building.
Strong skills in sales forecasting, data analysis, and reporting to support decision-making and business planning.
