About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Business Development Lead with a proven track record in institutional sales and strategic onboarding. In this role, you will lead the B2B acquisition pipeline by partnering with maternity hospitals, nursing homes, birthing centers, and premium preschools/daycares. Your primary objective is to embed our professional baby caregiver and nanny services directly into institutional care ecosystems, establishing end-to-end referral and co-branded care pathways for new and expecting parents.

Key Responsibilities

* Institutional Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard leading maternity hospitals, OB/GYN clinics, birthing centers, and early learning centers (playschools/daycares).

* Systematic Service Integration: Structure and execute partnership workflows—such as in-hospital discharge care packages, pediatric clinic referral desks,



and playschool after-hours infant care programs.

* Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hospital administrators, medical superintendents, OB/GYN and pediatric heads, preschool founders, and center directors.

* Commercial Deal Structuring: Lead contract negotiations, commercials, SLA definitions, revenue-sharing, or co-marketing frameworks from initial contact to legal sign-off.

* Activation & Enablement: Coordinate joint marketing efforts, conduct clinical/administrative staff briefing sessions, and supply collateral to ensure partner staff actively recommend our caregiver services.

* Pipeline & Metric Ownership: Own the entire B2B funnel—from lead generation and proposal submission to conversion, partner retention, and ongoing referral volume.
