About the Role
The Business Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities to support the business's strategic goals. This role involves managing budgeting processes, forecasting, financial modeling, and providing actionable insights to drive business performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with business acumen to guide decision-making and improve profitability.

Key Deliverables (What Will You Do)
Own budgeting and forecasting cycles; track performance against budget with variance analysis and clear reasoning on deviations.




Track and report key business KPIs (revenue per unit, contribution margin, utilization, working capital) and flag risks/opportunities proactively.
Lead financial discussions with senior leadership, present business performance, and drive key decisions with data-backed recommendations, as & when required.
Own the MBR process end-to-end: prepare, consolidate, and present monthly business reviews covering revenue, margins, costs, and key operational metrics.
Drive profitability improvement through client/business-line P&L; analysis, margin tracking, and pricing recommendations.
Lead cost optimization initiatives identify cost leakages, benchmark spend, and work with operations to implement savings while protecting service delivery.
Build and maintain financial models for recent business pitches, client proposals, and internal decision-making.
Partner with business/operations teams to translate financial insigh
