Role Description
The Social Media Manager (Intern) role at Fontent is a remote, contract position focused on supporting social media and content initiatives across various platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and scheduling posts, assisting with content creation, monitoring engagement and community interactions, and optimizing content based on performance metrics. The intern will help implement social media strategies, support social media optimization (SMO) activities,
and collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency. This role also involves basic reporting on campaign performance and staying informed about platform trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Social media skills: candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow online presence.
Content skills: candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing to plan, create, and refine compelling social media content.
Communication skills: candidates should possess solid Communication abilities to engage audiences, collaborate with teams, and represent the brand clearly and professionally.
Additional qualifications: familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X), basic analytics and reporting skills, and an understanding of digital marketing fundamentals are beneficial.
