Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant – IFS Asset Management to lead the functional design, configuration, and deployment of IFS Asset Management. The role requires deep domain expertise in Linear Asset Management, solid stakeholder engagement capabilities, and proven experience delivering enterprise-scale implementations within regulated utility environments.
The incumbent will act as a functional authority, ensuring solution integrity, operational alignment, and successful adoption across maintenance and asset-intensive operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end functional implementation of IFS Asset Management with a focus on Linear Assets
Architect and configure asset hierarchies, linear segments, asset structures, and classifications (towers, poles, lines, pipelines, etc.)
Define and implement Preventive Maintenance strategies, schedules, and lifecycle controls
Configure and govern Work Order Management, Object Types,



Failure Codes, and Event Actions
Enable GIS–IFS integration, including coordinate-based and segment-based mapping
Drive functional inputs for data migration, validation, and reconciliation using Excel Loaders and APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Maintenance, Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, and IT
Ensure seamless integration with related IFS modules (Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Projects)
Provide leadership in user training, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support
Produce and govern functional documentation including solution design, process flows, test cases, and SOPs
Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, ensuring business objectives are met with scalable solutions
