As Quicksort continues to expand globally, we’re building our team in India and looking for a hands-on B2B Growth & Digital Marketing Manager to help grow our brand, generate enterprise opportunities, and build our global business pipeline.

This is not just a social media marketing role. We’re looking for someone who can combine content, digital marketing, lead generation, research, and business development.

What you’ll do

B2B Lead Generation & Outreach

• Identify target companies and key enterprise decision-makers globally
• Build prospect lists and run personalized LinkedIn and email outreach




• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to generate qualified conversations and meetings
• Research target accounts and identify potential AI transformation opportunities

Content & Brand Growth

• Build and manage Quicksort’s LinkedIn content strategy
• Create content for company and leadership profiles
• Develop thought-leadership posts, articles, carousels, case studies, project stories, and campaigns
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business outcomes and compelling stories

AI Newsletter & Digital Marketing

• Build and manage our recurring AI newsletter
• Research relevant AI developments, industry trends, and enterprise AI use cases
• Support email marketing, SEO, website content, landing pages, paid campaigns, and other digital growth initiatives
• Experiment with new channels to grow our audience and generate qualified opportunities
