The candidate should be capable of leading technical delivery, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, mentoring developers, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders. Core expectations align with current Lead Salesforce roles around Apex, LWC, integrations, architecture, DevOps, and technical leadership.
