Job Summary:
Social Saga is looking for a proactive and creative Branch Solutions Intern to join our team for a 6-month paid internship. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in social media, marketing, client management, and content creation, along with good communication and organizational skills.
This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client servicing, social media management, campaign planning, and copywriting, while working closely with the marketing and creative teams on real client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Assist the team in understanding clients' brands, including their values, mission, vision, products, and target audience.
Support the team in preparing and presenting monthly content calendars and campaign concepts to clients.
Assist in coordinating with clients to collect and document feedback on content calendars, designs, and campaigns.




Ensure client feedback is accurately communicated to the relevant internal teams.
Assist with regular client communication and follow-ups as required.
Build a professional and positive relationship with clients while representing Social Saga.

Social Media Management:
Work closely with the Marketing Team to brainstorm social media campaigns and content ideas for different brands.
Assist in planning and scheduling content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter), along with YouTube and Threads when required.
Assist in managing monthly content calendars and ensuring content is posted according to the planned schedule.
Research current affairs, topical events, trending conversations, and relevant industry topics to identify content opportunities for clients.
