Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Video Educational Content Creator. The person in this role will plan, script, and produce high-quality educational video content for topics such as AI, generative AI, programming, cloud, and data-related technologies. Day-to-day tasks include researching subject matter, outlining lessons, creating engaging storyboards, recording and editing video and audio, and collaborating with instructional designers to ensure pedagogical effectiveness.

The role involves adapting complex concepts into clear, concise, and visually compelling lessons, optimizing content for various platforms (e-learning, social media, webinars),



and maintaining consistent branding and tone.

The Video Educational Content

Creator will also analyze learner feedback and performance metrics to refine content and enhance learner engagement over time.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video production, including scripting, recording, and basic to intermediate video editing.
- Experience creating educational or training content, preferably for online courses, bootcamps, or corporate learning.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics (e.g., AI, data science, programming, cloud technologies) in a clear and accessible way.
- Proficiency with common content creation tools (e.g., screen recording software, video editing tools, presentation and design tools).
- Solid research skills and attention to accuracy when developing curricula and learning materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and a learner-centric approach to content design.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in EdTech, training, or teaching is beneficial; familiarity with instructional design principles is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Communications, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and trends in AI and digital education.
