Role Description

This is a paid, in office Video Editor Internship based in the Greater Indore Area.

The Video Editor

Intern will work on both short-form and long-form content — creating viral Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts (roughly 60% of the work) and editing high-retention, long-form AI tutorials (roughly 40% of the work).

The focus is on editing sense over flashy technique: pacing, storytelling, emotion, and viewer retention take priority over overused transitions and trends.



Day-to-day tasks include assembling and refining cuts, color grading for clean and consistent visual aesthetics, and crafting engaging educational and social content aligned with Zero To AI's brand. The intern will collaborate directly with the core creative and tech team on real-world content and AI-driven creative media projects, with true creative freedom to experiment and grow.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Editing skills with a clear sense of pacing, storytelling, and emotional flow for social and educational content.
- Candidates should possess solid Video Color Grading skills to ensure clean, consistent visual aesthetics across Instagram, YouTube, and tutorial content.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is required.
- A portfolio, reel, or sample edits demonstrating storytelling and editing sense is required to apply.
- Familiarity with thumbnail design or motion graphics is a plus.
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging digital creativity workflows is a plus.
- Basic understanding of social media retention dynamics on YouTube and Instagram is a plus.
- Availability for a offline internship in Indore.
