- A strong storytelling instinct — you know what to keep, what to cut and why.
- Great understanding of sound, music, pacing & silence.
- An eye for framing, composition and visual flow.
- Ability to create edits that feel intentional, engaging and emotionally relevant.
- Someone who understands that personal-brand content needs to feel like a person, not a production.
- Robust command of editing software and attention to detail.




- Curiosity to experiment with formats, references, trends and new visual styles.
