Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in Vadodara.

The Video

Editor will manage end-to-end video production, including assembling raw footage, editing clips, applying transitions, and integrating audio to create compelling marketing, corporate, and social media videos. Day-to-day tasks include color correcting and grading, applying motion graphics and visual effects, and collaborating with designers and marketers to align video content with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. The role involves preparing multiple format outputs for web and social platforms,



maintaining organized project files, and meeting deadlines across concurrent projects.

Editor will also contribute creative ideas, support storyboarding, and stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including assembling footage, trimming, sequencing, and audio synchronization.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and overall color correction to ensure consistent visual style and high-quality output.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower thirds, animations, and visual elements that support storytelling.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop or Illustrator) is highly beneficial.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and formats for digital and social platforms.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, design, and content teams in an on-site environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback and revisions.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Animation, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in digital marketing or agency settings is a plus.
