Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik for a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Specialist. The role involves planning and editing video content for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social media assets, and internal communication materials. The specialist will create motion graphics and visual assets that align with brand guidelines, optimize video quality through color grading and sound syncing, and collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to translate complex crypto concepts into clear,



engaging visual stories.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing video projects from concept to final delivery, organizing and maintaining media assets, and ensuring all content is suitable for multiple platforms and formats. The role also requires staying updated on video and motion design trends to continuously improve the visual output of BharatCX.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for end-to-end creation of high-quality video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency, mood, and brand alignment across all video assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design engaging animations, overlays, and visual elements suitable for digital platforms.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Photoshop/Illustrator) is highly beneficial.
- Relevant experience in editing and motion graphics for tech, fintech, or crypto-focused brands is an advantage.
- Strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a quick-paced environment are required.
- A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
