Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Jaipur.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into engaging videos for marketing campaigns, events, hackathons, and social media content. Day-to-day tasks include assembling clips, adding transitions, syncing audio, refining color and visual style, and creating basic motion graphics to enhance storytelling. The role involves close collaboration with the creative, marketing, and community teams to understand briefs,



maintain brand consistency, and deliver videos within tight timelines.

The Video

Editor will also organize media assets, contribute creative ideas for video concepts, and ensure all content is optimized for various digital platforms.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in video editing and video production, including handling raw footage, timelines, and export formats.
- Candidates should possess skills in video color grading and visual enhancement to maintain consistent and appealing aesthetics across projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics and graphics to create intros, outros, overlays, and visual elements that support storytelling.
- Relevant skills such as familiarity with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects) and basic audio editing are highly beneficial.
- Preferred qualifications include experience creating short-form digital content, understanding of social media platforms, attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to collaborate in a rapid-paced, innovation-focused environment.
- A diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in video editing and production, is advantageous.
