Role: Video Editor

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and reliable Video Editor who understands how to create engaging short-form content.

Your primary responsibility will be editing vertical short-form videos in 9:16 aspect ratio for platforms such as:

YouTube Shorts

Instagram Reels

Facebook Reels

What Will You Be Editing?

The content will primarily be related to tech and app-based content.

We will provide materials such as:

Screen recordings

Voice-over clips

Content instructions and ideas

Your responsibility will be to turn these materials into engaging, high-retention short-form videos.

The videos should include, wherever necessary:

Engaging cuts and pacing

Tech-style backgrounds and visuals

Screen recordings

My voice-over clips

English subtitles

Important on-screen text and highlights

Relevant animations and effects

Strong hooks to capture attention

Suitable copyright-free background music The goal is not simply to combine clips.

We want to create content that is easy to understand, visually engaging, and capable of keeping viewers watching.

Work Schedule

We are planning to post approximately:

4 short-form videos per week The videos will generally be posted on alternate days.

Since the content is primarily short-form, we believe there will be sufficient time to focus on quality editing and maintain a good editing pace.

We are planning to begin work within the next 2 weeks.

How Will You Earn? ?





We believe in being transparent about the current stage of the project.

At the moment, we are in the building phase, so this role does not initially offer a fixed monthly salary.

Our initial content strategy will include creating content related to app referrals.

Initial Revenue Model

When the content generates referral income, the Video Editor will receive:

10% of the referral revenue earned from the content they work on.

Revenue tracking and the exact payment structure will be discussed clearly and transparently before starting.

Important Note

This is an opportunity for someone who understands that we are currently in the early building stage.

There may not be a guaranteed fixed salary initially, as the project is being built from scratch. Earnings during the initial stage will depend on the agreed revenue-sharing model and actual revenue generated.

We will discuss responsibilities, revenue sharing, tracking, and payment terms transparently before starting.
