Role Description The Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role involves editing raw video footage into polished content for corporate films, commercials, product videos, documentaries, and digital campaigns while maintaining brand consistency and narrative clarity.

The Video

Editor will perform color correction and grading, add motion graphics and basic visual effects, integrate sound, and ensure smooth transitions and pacing. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with directors, producers, and designers to understand project requirements, organizing and managing media assets,



and delivering content within deadlines and quality standards. The role may also support pre-production planning and provide creative input on storytelling, shot selection, and visual style.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for diverse formats such as corporate films, commercials, and product videos.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual tone, quality, and cinematic look across projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower thirds, overlays, and straightforward visual effects.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is expected.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of pacing, composition, and sound-video synchronization are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative teams is required.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a production house or media agency environment and a portfolio showcasing completed video projects will be considered an asset.
