About the RoleFitastic Digital Media is looking for 4 Video Editing Interns to join our team in Pune.

You’ll work primarily on long-form YouTube videos in the sports niche, particularly Golf and the NFL.

This is a hands-on internship where you'll work on real projects and learn how to turn scripts and voiceovers into engaging videos through pacing, storytelling, B-roll selection, and visual flow.

What You'll Do

- Edit long-form YouTube videos
- Find relevant B-roll, sports footage, images, and visual assets
- Improve the pacing and overall flow of videos
- Match visuals effectively with scripts and voiceovers
- Work primarily on Golf and NFL content




- Make revisions based on feedback
- Follow and improve upon our existing editing style
- Work closely with the team and learn our production workflow

Who We're Looking ForYou should have a basic understanding of video editing and visual storytelling, a good eye for choosing relevant footage, and a willingness to learn and improve quickly. Previous skilled experience is not required if you have strong editing fundamentals and are willing to learn.

You must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Pune.

Selected interns will receive an Internship Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation based on performance.
