Role Description The Vice President role is a full-time, in office leadership position based in Canada. The person in this role will oversee overall business strategy, drive growth in Canada immigration and visa consulting services, and ensure that client experience, compliance, and service quality remain at high standards. Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring consulting and operations teams, reviewing key performance metrics, and aligning business development initiatives with organizational goals.

The Vice

President will collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine service offerings, manage partnerships, and ensure adherence to evolving Canadian immigration regulations. This role also involves budgeting,



resource planning, decision-making on process improvements, and representing the organization in high-level client interactions and industry forums.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work culture.
- Proven expertise in strategy, business development, and operational management, preferably within immigration consulting, legal services, or professional advisory sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Sound understanding of Canada immigration processes, regulatory frameworks, and visa categories, or capacity to rapidly develop this domain knowledge.
- Demonstrated skills in financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, make informed decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing regulatory and market environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, management, or a related field; a master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior leadership role such as Director, Vice President, or equivalent is highly preferred.
