Role Description The Vice President of Technology is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Gurgaon, responsible for driving the company’s overall technology vision and execution. This role oversees the design, development, and maintenance of healthcare technology platforms, including mobile and web applications, diagnostic systems integration, and data management solutions.

The Vice

President will lead and mentor cross-functional technology teams, establish robust development and delivery processes, and ensure scalability, security, and reliability of all systems. Daily responsibilities include setting IT strategy aligned with business goals, managing technology projects and budgets, collaborating closely with clinical and operations leadership,



and evaluating new tools to support the “health at home” model. The role also involves building strong vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and continuously improving digital experiences for customers and Health Managers.

Qualifications

- Strong Information Technology leadership experience, with a track record of managing enterprise systems and healthcare or consumer technology platforms.
- Demonstrated ability in IT Strategy and Strategic Planning to align technology roadmaps with long-term business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Proven Project Management and Analytical Skills to oversee complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects, interpret data, and make evidence-based decisions.
- Experience leading high-performing technology teams, including hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering and IT talent.
- Advanced understanding of cloud architectures, data security, system integration, and scalable application development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinical, operations, and business teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree (e.g., M.Tech, MBA) is an advantage.
- Background in healthcare technology, diagnostics, or preventive care services is highly desirable, along with familiarity with Indian healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
