Role Description
This is an internship role for a Video Editor with a hybrid working arrangement, based in Chandigarh, with some flexibility for remote work.
The Video Editor
Intern will be responsible for creating and editing high-quality video content, understanding project requirements, and collaborating with the team to deliver creative outputs. Daily tasks will include assembling raw footage, adding special effects, ensuring proper sound and timing,
and ensuring the content aligns with the company’s branding and educational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Knowledge of video post-production including cutting, trimming, color grading, and adding transitions
- Basic understanding of graphic design and experience with animation tools like After Effects is a plus
- Robust attention to detail and creativity, with the ability to deliver visually appealing content
- Effective time-management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Basic audio editing skills for enhancing sound quality in videos
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members
- Pursuing a degree in Media Studies, Film Production, Visual Arts, or a related field
