Are you an experienced US Calling / Telemarketing professional with a strong American accent and confidence in handling US customers? ??
We’re looking for a US Virtual Assistant to join our growing team on a full time remote basis.
? Position: US Virtual Assistant
? Location: Remote
? Shift: Permanent Night Shift – US Business Hours
? Experience: Minimum 2 Years
? Employment Type: Full-Time
? What You’ll Do:
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to US prospects
- Pitch insurance products and business services
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads
- Handle objections and build strong customer rapport
- Schedule appointments and live transfers for senior closers
- Work closely with US management to improve calling strategies and scripts
✅ What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling / telemarketing / lead generation
✔️ Proven experience working with US clients or US-based campaigns
✔️ Fluent English with a clear American accent – Mandatory
✔️ Experience in Insurance or Business Services is highly preferred
✔️ Comfortable working permanent night shifts
✔️ Strong communication, active listening & objection-handling skills
✔️ Resilient, target-oriented and comfortable handling rejection
